NG Group is a family owned organization with more than 80 years of experience in manufacturing and hospitality. What began as a small business built on hard work and strong values has grown into one of Turkey’s most respected industrial and service groups, employing over 5,000 people today.

Today, NG Group operates in three main fields:

Porcelain Tile and Slab Manufacturing

NG Group is a leading producer of porcelain tiles and slabs for residential, commercial, and architectural projects. At the center of this strength is NG Kütahya Seramik, currently the world’s largest porcelain tile and slab manufacturer, with an annual production capacity exceeding 1 billion square feet through its latest investments.

Our production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and advanced systems, including machinery from SACMI, one of the most respected brands in the global ceramics industry. All lines operate with high levels of automation, efficiency, and quality control.

As Turkey’s largest and most advanced tile manufacturer, NG Group combines modern technology with deep industry experience to deliver reliable, high-performance products to global markets.

Porcelain Tableware Manufacturing

The tableware operations are led by Kütahya Porselen, currently the world’s largest porcelain dinnerware manufacturer, with an annual production capacity of over 120 million pieces.

Kütahya Porselen is recognized for its high-quality, exclusive product collections that combine refined design, durability, and advanced production standards. Serving both domestic and international markets, the brand represents excellence in fine porcelain craftsmanship.

The tableware division produces premium porcelain dishes and dining collections designed for everyday use as well as special occasions. These products reflect a long-standing tradition in fine porcelain production and a strong commitment to delivering reliable, elegant, and high-performance tableware worldwide.

Hospitality and Tourism

NG Group’s hospitality operations are managed under the NG Hotels brand, which represents the Group’s commitment to high standards in service, comfort, and guest experience.

The portfolio includes five premium hotels located in key destinations across Turkey, featuring wellness and thermal resorts, nature-focused retreats, and convention-oriented properties. Each hotel is designed to combine modern comfort with refined architecture, high-quality amenities, and personalized service.

Across all NG Hotels properties, the focus remains on creating memorable experiences through professional management, strong attention to detail, and a consistent approach to quality. These hotels reflect NG Group’s long-term vision in hospitality and its dedication to excellence in every aspect of guest satisfaction.

Our Leadership

NG Group was founded by Nafi Güral, whose vision and dedication established the foundations of the company. He continues to serve as Chairman, providing strategic guidance and preserving the Group’s core values.

Today, NG Group is led by Erkan Güral, President, who represents the next generation of leadership. Under his direction, the Group continues to expand internationally while maintaining its focus on quality and operational excellence.

NG Kütahya USA is managed by Umut Güral, representing the fourth generation of the family. His leadership supports the Group’s growth in the United States and strengthens its presence in international markets.
