When we founded NG Kütahya Seramik under the leadership of our father, Nafi Güral, together with my mother and siblings, we set out with a clear ambition: to build a company guided by strong values and world-class standards from the very beginning.

Drawing on our father’s deep experience and vision in ceramics, porcelain, and tourism, we focused on creating lasting value—not only for our customers and business partners, but also for the Turkish economy and society as a whole. From day one, our goal was to establish NG Kütahya as a brand we could be proud of, known for uncompromising quality, reliability, and long-term trust.

Our approach has always been shaped by openness, honesty, and forward-looking thinking. These principles are not just words; they are embedded in how we operate and reflected in the commitment of our people across all our companies.
